We (Alana & fam) went to the Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt at Hampton Court Palace yesterday and it was such a nice family day out

If you’re planning to go, here’s what to know 👇
- A trail map is available at each entrance to find all the bunnies
– The trail is completely outdoors (no bunnies inside the palace)
– Top tip: start in the Privy Garden and loop around the outside of the palace
– It took us around 1–1.5 hours at a relaxed pace
– Kids get a chocolate bunny at the end & last collection time is 4pm (sadly… just the kids get the chocolate 😑)
- Make sure to leave time for the Magic Garden!

My 4.5 year old LOVED being in charge of the map and leading us to the next bunny 🗺️ It really kept them engaged and excited to keep going

The history element is there at each stop, which my little ones weren’t into, but it definitely kept us adults interested along the way!

Overall, such a great way to get outside, explore the palace gardens

Sometimes the best part of running this page is discovering incredibly talented people in our community.

Local artist @kjerstismith gifted us these beautiful illustrated letters and I'm obsessed!

The M has a mouse on a mountain gazing up at the moon 🌙

The G has a ghost in glasses playing guitar 👻🎸

They’re playful, imaginative and full of the kind of things kids love spotting.

Kjersti is also a local mum, and she has created the entire alphabet in this style. Perfect for nurseries, playrooms or spelling out your child’s name.

Dance might look like just twirls and giggles, but for preschoolers it’s doing so much more. Research shows activities like dance help children build coordination, balance, confidence and early social skills all while they’re just having fun.

That’s exactly what happens in the Movers classes (ages 3–4.5) with @babyballettwickenham

Expect jumping, spinning, imagination, music and lots of proud little dancers learning new things every week.
