Average Mos Boxing & Kickboxing Gym (Kingston)
Wednesday evening and Saturday morning kickboxing class for kids, ages 8-15 years old.
Kids will learn an art, but along the journey, they will learn respect for their skills and fellow classmates, and gather self-confidence and restraint while burning off excess energy in a safe controlled environment.
